Copper Cathode

Credit Facilities

Astrum International works with an eminent US banker and Private Placement Custodial Program (PPCP) specialist to provide a secure investment for our clients and its security Clients. We have direct access to the best traders on the PPCP platform. Traders cannot go directly to potential clients as this can be seen as soliciting. Clients as part of the Client Information Sheet (Know Your Client – KYC) must sign an affidavit that they have not been approached directly by a trader.

The security to be traded on the PPCP can be a Bank Guarantee, cash-backed Standby Letter of Credit or cash either held by a top tier European bank or blocked in the Clients bank that has a Relationship Management Agreement with a top tier European Bank. Trading is restricted to bank Medium Term Notes. Security can be either Euro or USD, with a preference for Euros. The procedure to access the PPCP for blocked-funds is as follows. If the security is a SBLC or bank guarantee, it must be forwarded to out Trader’s account in Credit Suisse Ag, Singapore for monetising. The procedure is the similar to blocked-funds but SWIFT documentation is specific to SBLC or bank guarantee.

The target market will be commuters who travel long distances and need a place where they can fill up their tanks with fuel as well as take care of vehicle maintenance.
